During May, Azkoyen Group, the leading Spanish technological multinational, offering automated products and services designed to bring unique experiences to people in their daily lives, presents its innovations in the coffee sector at three of the world’s most important fairs: World of Coffee in Busan, South Korea; Nama Show in Dallas, United States; and Venditalia in Milan.
South Korea, Above-Average Coffee Consumption
In Busan, the second most important city in South Korea, from May 1 to 4, Azkoyen Group has been present at the World of Coffee fair, one of the most important in the world, where it has showcased Ascaso’s range of one and two-group coffee machines, which recently obtained the necessary certification to operate in this country.
In recent years, coffee consumption in South Korea has become a mass phenomenon. Each inhabitant consumes, on average, 353 cups of coffee per year, which is 2.7 times more than the global average. For this reason, World of Coffee has chosen this country to host its most relevant fair for the first time in Asia, as well as the World Barista Championship, the world’s most important competition in this sector.
Nama Show, a Key Event in the American Continent
For three days (May 7-9), the Texan city of Dallas hosts the most important event in the Office Coffee Service, vending, micromarkets, and convenience store industry on the American continent. Organized by the National Automatic Merchandising Association, representing over a thousand companies from different sectors, the trade show is the perfect platform for Azkoyen Group to display, among other innovations, the latest solutions in espresso or filter coffee beverage preparation, as well as the new models of Vitro with fresh milk specific to the United States, which have obtained the necessary UL certification in this market. Additionally, the company presents the benefits of Vendon telemetry for effectively operating a machine park.
Venditalia, the Most International Vending and Office Coffee Service Fair
Between May 15 and 18, Milan will host more than 15,000 visitors who will attend Venditalia to discover the innovations of the over 3,000 exhibitors showcasing their products and services. Azkoyen Group will be represented by four of its brands from the Coffee & Vending Systems (Azkoyen and Ascaso) and Payment Technologies (Coges and Vendon) divisions.
The company will internationally present the compact coffee machine Vitro X5 Touch, which incorporates a screen that simplifies machine programming and allows for the selection of a wide menu of coffees and other hot beverages in an intuitive way, enhancing the user experience.
Additionally, Azkoyen Group’s companies will focus on the great advantage of using Vendon telemetry solutions and Coges payment systems in combination. This collaboration aims to provide vending operators with complete payment and telemetry solutions, enabling data-driven decisions, cost reduction, and the use of a comprehensive loyalty platform to improve customer engagement.
According to Juanje Alberdi, CEO of Azkoyen, the presence of Azkoyen Group at these three exhibitions demonstrates the company’s capacity for innovation and internationalization: “The fairs that take place over three weeks in South Korea, the United States, and Italy are three very relevant spaces to showcase the innovations we have developed in recent years and to drive the business of our brands in the most relevant markets on the planet,” he states.
