The Board of Directors of Azkoyen Group, a leading Spanish technology multinational that offers automated products and services designed to bring unique experiences to people in their daily lives, has agreed to delegate certain executive functions to Juan José Suárez, Chairman of the Board, including the oversight of the group’s three divisions; Coffee & Vending Systems, Payment Technologies, and Time & Security.
As a result of the powers and duties conferred on the President, he now holds the title of Executive Chairman. Furthermore, the Board has agreed to appoint the independent director Mr. Pablo Cervera Garnica as the coordinating director.
