Introduction
Since July 1988, Azkoyen shares have been listed on the Madrid and Bilbao Stock Exchanges through the Stock Market Interconnection System.
In 2024, the average payment period and the ratio of paid transactions of Azkoyen, S.A. to its suppliers (calculated in accordance with the Resolution of January 29, 2016, of the Institute of Accounting and Auditing of Accounts and the third additional provision "Duty of Information" of Law 15/2010 of July 5, and Law 18/2022 of September 28 on "Business Creation and Development") were 82.41 and 86.97 days, respectively, aligning with the company's average customer collection period for that fiscal year.
As far as the company succeeds in reducing the average collection period from its customes, it will gradually reduce the average payment period to its suppliers. Around a 45% of these payments to suppliers were made by confirming. This confirming is never used for payments between Group companies.
