Azkoyen Group, a Spanish technology multinational based in Navarre, specialising in the design and manufacture of advanced technological solutions, will be taking part in the fifth event of the Vendibérica 2019 exhibition, where it will be exhibiting its latest innovations since the last event, the Vitro S1, the Vitro S5 with a variable chamber coffee group and built-in payment method and the Neo Touch. Also, Coges, a division of Payment Technologies, will be presenting Nebular, the new connectivity service that extends the features of Coges Engine.
Vendibérica 2019 has become the meeting place for the vending industry in the Iberian area. This year, for the first time, the fair will include MundoCafé, the new area for the coffee industry which will provide a commercial meeting place for operators related to the coffee industry, the hotel and catering industry, vending operators, distributors, food service, baristas and professionals from the hospitality sector.
During the fair the latest innovations from the Azkoyen Group will be showcased, such as the new Vitro S5 20 selection model with built-in payment method and the new variable chamber coffee unit. AZK V30 is the new pre-infusion and dispensing system that extracts the maximum taste and aroma with a perfect creaminess from any blend of roasted coffee. The AZK V30 is able to adjust the amount dispensed to between 7 and 14 grammes, allowing the intensity of the coffee to be adapted to the tastes of the consumer. In addition, the unit is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that allows constant self-regulation, in accordance with the quality of the coffees served.
The Vitro S1 is a compact professional coffee machine designed to offer the highest quality hot drinks made from espresso coffee. It stands out for its cutting-edge design that is both compact and lightweight. This model is designed to ensure easy maintenance and cleaning, simple refilling of coffee and soluble ingredients, easy filling of the water tank and emptying of the solid waste tray.
Also, the new large size Neo Touch coffee machines will be exhibited which feature a touch screen that allows the playing of videos, as well as allowing the user to choose and personalise the drinks from a wide and intuitive menu. The graphic interface and the purchase process have been designed to improve the customer experience, and to simplify the programming and maintenance tasks of the machine.
For there part, Coges will be presenting Nebular, an integrated hardware and software package that allows information to be transmitted two-way, to and from the payment system, making it easier to obtain sales data in real time and allowing prices, parameters and firmware to be updated. Nebular also allows the sending of credit refunds directly to the end user, the management of a product database through an intuitive planogram and the remote updating of the firmware and the databases as well as the peripherals connected to the Engine device.
The Vendibérica 2019 trade fair will take place on 13 – 15 November in hall 7 of IFEMA, Madrid. This fair brings together the entire professional community comprising of operators, vending machine manufacturers and distributors, technological solutions, equipment and components, the automatic catering and food industry, Minivending, etc., all of which is aimed at promoting and generating new commercial strategies with both vending operators and with all the decision-makers involved in the implementation of the vending chain. For this fifth event, the Exhibition is expecting 200 companies and 10,000 professionals from more than 55 countries to take part.
